Our recruiting process, step by step:
Prepare for Search
- We will become familiar with your business and the
requirements of the
position through an in-person meeting with our recruiter at your
site.
Locate and Screen
Candidates
- We advertise the position and use our network of contacts
to make the
position available to a large group of candidates. We review
respondent qualifications and perform preliminary phone
interviews. Each candidate, after successfully completing a phone
interview, is interviewed in person by our recruiter and technical
staff. Only the very best candidates are the presented to you for
review.
Presentation of Candidates
- We forward resumes and discuss with you the candidate and
why we feel they are a fit for the position. We coordinate a time so
that you may
interview the candidate.
Offer / Negotiate
- We discuss your thoughts on the candidates presented, and
engage in negotiating an offer for your desired candidate.
