Onsite Support Service
Current Technologies onsite IT support services begin with a complimentary discovery meeting to analyze and review infrastructure and environment needs. In preparation to beginning an onsite proposal and plan, our IT consultants will provide feedback and recommendations on the existing infrastructure which then can be reference as a starting point for a 3-5 year network refresh schedule identifying what hardware and software should be replaced at the appropriate time in its life cycle.
Our Onsite support plans include a dedicated onsite IT consultant to visit your organization on a regularly scheduled basis. Also, we provide 24/7 remote support services for every one of our clients to ensure our team is always available. Additionally, we offer remote monitoring and proactive management services that are executed and monitored from our Network Operations Center.
Remote Desktop Support
Current Technologies remote desktop support services are designed to provide our customers with the convenience of making a support request and then quickly being connected to an engineer who is able to remotely access their system and begin helping.
